Advertisements sometimes convey a very consequential and powerful message in society. They sometimes give people the idea of what they do wrong and what they should do. One such government ad is very famous, which I think is very important to society. It casts Akshay Kumar and indoctrinates the importance of sanitary pads.
This ad gained so much popularity in society that it was very regular on television. I saw this ad on TV, and it can also be found on YouTube and other social media platforms.
I saw a person standing outside the hospital, smoking a cigarette, when Akshay Kumar arrived on a bicycle. He asked the man why he was at the hospital. The man explained that his wife had been admitted due to a menstrual issue. Akshay then snatched the cigarette from his hand and asked him, 'If you can be extravagant on cigarettes, which harm your health, why can't you buy sanitary pads for your wife?
I have always noticed that it has been a topic of unease that women suffer a lot because of their lack of hygiene during their menstrual period. They suffer not only during that phase but also after days. Thus, if this ad bolsters the message depicting the importance of sanitary pads and women's health, then it is important from my perspective.
Personally, I feel that this kind of ad is important for the welfare of society. Rather than promoting alcohol or other futile things, it is good if ads with a social message influence people.
So, I think that the government should make more ads like this for the well-being of society.
Here, you will get another response for the same topic. Doing this lets you learn how to make variations in your answers.
Some advertisements are so exhilarating that they hold a spot in people's hearts for a long time. One such ad that I will never forget is for Vivo smartphones. I love this ad because it gives a message to eliminate dogmatism from society.
This ad became very famous during Diwali. Moreover, I used to see this ad on television during the festive season and can also find it on YouTube and other social media platforms.
I saw a poor person going to a rich family where he works. He was with his son Aman and went to take the Diwali grant from the owner. Moreover, the owner's son, Rahul, was friends with Aman. When they entered the lavish house, both of them came together and sat on the couch. But the house mistress asked Aman to stand from there and click a photo. Rahul was very sad that his friend was asked not to be part of the photo.
Later, he asks his father why Rahul's father gave him money and not sweets, to which he replies that sweets are shared with friends. We are not their friend but a worker at their house. Aman was sad about all these incidents. Later in the night, when he sat alone thinking about the day, Rahul came with a box of sweets and said it was hard to enjoy a festival without a friend. This made him smile; later, Rahul's family arrived and asked Aman to celebrate with them.
I believe that these kinds of ads are very important in society because we have to eradicate discrimination and class gaps in society and treat everyone equally. In the end, we all are humans and will leave the world with no treasure or money.
I was impressed with the way Vivo transmitted this message to the society. It is very obvious that we have to remove the thinking of superior and minor from the human mind. This thinking may let you earn money, but you will be losing your morals.
So, this ad made a positive impact on my mind and, hopefully, on society.
This is the 3rd and the last response to this topic. Here, you will get the response to the same topic but with variations in response.
Advertisements act as a tool in society that leverages people in multiple ways. One such ad that influenced me and is engraved in my brain is Surf Excel. This ad was unique and had a catchy slogan that people still remember.
This ad is very famous and can still be seen on television. Moreover, I can still watch it on YouTube. It gained huge popularity because of its message.
In this ad, I saw two kids playing in the mud. One of the mothers rebuked her child and the other mother was happy watching her son play in the mud. When the mother who was solicitous talked to the other lady, then she got to know that she could use the particular washing powder to clean the clothes but the kids need to play and become tough in any kind of situation.
This ad conveys the importance of letting children grow without a protective shell around them. If we want children to be independent and mature and socialize, then it is important that we allow them to make new friends and play in any condition until and unless it hurts them.
I personally think that this ad has a positive impact on society because we have seen that parents nowadays are overprotective of their children. Also, they don’t let them get out of their comfort zones. Moreover, our ancestors used to live in villages and lived for more than 100 years because they were ready to face any misery in their lives and were connected to the earth and its elements. But kids nowadays are very sensitive and even a minor virus affects their health a lot.
This ad was literally interesting and fun, with a very important message to society.
