Here is the first sample answer for the given IELTS writing essay task.

Introduction

It is argued that today there are many options for individuals to select. As far as I have experience with this topic, I agree with this opinion.

Body

These days, people have more choices than ever before for various reasons. First, there are more facilities and equipment available than in the past, leading individuals to be influenced by the conveniences in their homes and workplaces. Nowadays, there are a wide range of products—such as vehicles, appliances, clothing, and accessories—that people can choose from based on their preferences and priorities. These items come in various styles and colors and are made from different materials to meet individual needs. In contrast, the past offered far less variety, and individuals often had to settle for the same products.

Another important reason for this increased choice is the advancement of technology, which has made individuals more creative than before. People today not only have access to a myriad of products but can also create their own. Crafts, car designs, and clothing can all be tailored to personal specifications. In the past, many individuals were unaware of these technological advancements and did not have access to the internet. For instance, having known about buying products online earlier, they could have had better options to choose goods from all over the world.

Conclusion

In summary, individuals today have a wide array of choices due to the availability of the internet and advanced technology. I agree with this perspective, as people now have more facilities and options available to cater to their attitudes and needs.

Sample 2

Here is the second sample response of “some people believe that nowadays we have too many choices to gain a high band score.

Introduction

Today, many believe that we have many methods and options available to us in various aspects of life, some of which are not select-able. I partly agree with this perspective. In this essay, I will explain my reasoning and provide examples from my own life to illustrate my point.

Body

We do not get to choose our family; when I was born, I had no say in who my family and relatives would be; I could have been born into any family, anywhere. In the same vein, many applicants today face financial strain, often feeling compelled to accept any job available in order to pay their bills, manage debts, and make ends meet, which supports the idea that some choices are beyond our control.

However, we often have opportunities to improve our circumstances, particularly in lifestyle, education, and career path. For instance, to be financially stable and excellent command of a particular subject, I had the chance to set goals about the college that I would like to get admission. Despite budget constraints, I chose my career path by working part-time after graduation, eventually applying for a better position with generous benefits that allowed me to advance and earn more.

Conclusion

In summary, while we may face challenges in decision-making regarding family and difficulties, we can improve our lives by choosing better lifestyle options for a healthier work-life balance. Government support is essential in implementing policies that enhance welfare, and financial aid to improve living conditions for public.

Sample 3

Here is the third sample answer for the IELTS writing task 2.

Introduction

Many people claim that they have abundant chances to opt in the modern era. I firmly agree with the idea that it is becoming more common that people choose from a vast range of choices in many aspects. In the following essay, I am going to outline the reason why I agree with this thesis.

Body

Firstly, one of the most significant factors that contribute to this phenomenon is that the entire globe has been developing and the quality has been elevated due to the rapid growth of technology. Also, the wider access to a range of resources. For example, globalization has been a highly discussed topic in the previous decades. So, it has remarkably influenced the majority of countries in terms of their transformation in trade and education. Thus, globalization tends to offer more opportunities for humans to choose between a variety of options in the fields of daily consumption, schooling, and employment to a great extent.

Besides, from an alternative perspective, people could potentially be spoiled by possessing excess choices. Moving further, the malicious option might be selected hence people to an inappropriate pathway. Studies have shown that when they encounter a vast spectrum of options, they would potentially pick the most negative ones. Due to this, it is evident that having too many choices doesn't always result in a positive consequence.

Conclusion

Summing up, I agree with the argument that individuals have a lot of options than we should have. Nowadays, due to the rise of globalization and the more decent living style of communities currently.
