This is a lower ground 3b2b flat, and that’s part of the reason why you can find a nice room with low cost in such an expensive area. I paid extra rent for not sharing the bathroom with other flatmates, so that you can have your own bathroom during your stay.

Single bed, please prepare your own beddings.

I’ll tidy up the room and the bathroom very well before you move in, so please keep tidy and clean up everything before leaving. Otherwise I might charge you for cleaning from the deposit.
