Comfortable room with all amenities in quiet location near to town and convenient to both Universities. Availability would suit a graduate student due to start Autumn 2020 (available date tbc) 

Note: I didn’t update price when posting. I am sorry for inconvenience but as energy tariffs are rising I needed to adjust the monthly rent. 

As the house is currently students would prefer a student. If you are a mature student looking for good for access to both town and universities and quiet for study this may suit you.
