St Leonard’s Street, an amazing central location next to Holyrood Park and Meadows. Princes Street is only a 15 min walk away. All bills are included even WiFi.

The room to let is a lovely bright room with views over the gardens. Super-fast WiFi and an outside arial for a wall mount for a TV. The room itself is furnished with a single bed, desk, bookcase and vintage wardrobe. 

We are a couple with a 3-year-old kid so it’s more of a family home. Looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and tidy. Please note we have a 3 year old, he goes to bed at 8pm. 

We are looking to share with someone who studies/works and is out during the working week. 

Minimum let ideally 6 months but this can be flexible. To secure the room you would need to pay your first months rent.
