Cozy light home

Hello, I have a room to rent at the end of August. Would like a student or working professional please. 

My house is situated in St. Thomas, a short walking distance to Swansea city centre, the Marina, the train station and Sancta Maria Hospital.
You will have access to all facilities in my home. I have Netflix and basic channels. I have a small garden which is a lovely sun trap. The house is very light and airy. 
There is parking in the area but you do need a parking permit (there is a street round the corner without permit). There isn't a great deal of space, so if you have a lot of possessions the house might not be for you, but I do have storage room under the stairs depending on quantity.

I'm a pretty chilled person, I do like to keep my house tidy and I like going off exploring on road trips when I can. I have 2 pet gerbils. My party days are over so none of that will be happening here 😅
