Looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I'm sadly having to relocate for work! 

The current occupants are professionals - 1 male, 2 females and a very cute and cuddly cat called Hugo! It's a very chill, quiet and friendly household :) 

The house is modern and newly-renovated. There's 1 bathroom downstairs and a WC upstairs. The bath is 10/10. There's also an outside area.

The bedroom available includes a double bed and a nice-sized wardrobe. 

Deposit is 1 months rent (£535)
Bills excluded but already set up 
Council tax band D
A very lovely weekly cleaner is included in the price! 

The landlord is also very nice and only lives a few doors down, so any issues are solved very quickly! 

It's about a 20ish minute walk to Cardiff Queen Street. The bus stop into town is a few minutes walk away.
