Furnished double room available from September in city centre flat. The room has a really comfy bed plus a built in desk/dressing table and fitted wardrobes - loads of storage! 

The tenant would have shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Bills are included in the rent.

The flat is in a great location, near St Luke’s campus, the RD&E and the city centre. Permit parking is available on the street outside and there is a garden to the side of the property. 

I am a friendly and easy-going person with a busy job, generally quiet during the week and social at the weekend! I work at home 3 days a week.
