En suite in Ancoats / Piccadilly

En suite in Ancoats / Piccadilly area. 
Exposed brick, great neighbourhood, 5 mins from Piccadilly station and 5 mins from Ancoats, 24 hour concierge, post room, shared garden area. 

I’m looking for someone to take the en-suite room as my current flat mate moved to London. 

I live in the second room but travel a lot for work as I work as a photographer. 
You’ll have the place to yourself quite a lot, therefore trust is important and someone who doesn’t mind living alone sometimes. 

It’s a quiet spot that’s very central with a nice shared garden area in the middle with BBQs for all residents to use.
