1 double bedroom available which will include double rail and double bed frame with optional mattress. Tv, table and chairs also included. Shared bathroom and kitchen space. Broadband included. Council tax and most bills included. Street parking available. Close to city centre and walking distance to all shops. I work from home so am looking for someone who respects other peoples space. Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t bring loads of people round and is clean and tidy. Mostly suitable for people who need a stop gap before finding their own place as max stay is 6 months.
