Lovely double room in family home, St Werburghs

This is a lovely spacious double room in a quiet road in St Werburghs. There is a double bed and there is plenty of storage space and a small desk. There are great views across the city from the room. Shared use of bathroom with 2 (sometimes 3) others.

We are a busy, imperfect family who try to keep a generally clean, happy, calm and quiet house. Our family at home is 2 females and one male and we have a lovely, friendly and occasionally barking mad dog. 

We've got a wide range of interests between us; exercise, cinema, art, study, current affairs, and we are all full time study and work.

We would like to share the house with someone who is working or studying full time (Sorry, NO WFH) easygoing, self sufficient and happy to keep the noise down in the evenings. Ideally someone who can tolerate some mess without adding to it!

St Werburghs is a great area to live. The Climbing Center and City Farm are 2 mins walk away There are good local shops, Purdown and Eastville Park are close for running, and the city center is a walk (20 mins) or bike ride away.
