Lovely double room in modern semi detached home

Myself and my housemate sam are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in a lovely semi detached house. 

The house gets lots of natural light and has a lovely hallway and landing. Front and rear gardens and large double bedrooms. The house also has a decent sized lounge. 

We're two swansea medical students. Both sociable, clean and interested in sport, running, cycling, tennis, gym etc, trips to the pub and socialising with mates. 

Looking for either a student or professional with similar interests who's fun/ up for socialising. No preference over gender. 

Note any professionals will have to pay 75% of the council tax as we are both students- I believe it's council tax band c.
