ROOM available with Double Bed, Wardrobe, Central heating(combi boiler) with bedside electric heater, and fast unlimited virgin WiFi. Netflix, Bathroom with full facilities (bath/shower, toilet, basin).

The apartment is located on Schooner Way(CF10). Great location just 10 min walk to Mermaid quay in Cardiff bay and 15 min walk to the Cardiff city center.

Kitchen-all amenities provided, including fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.

Rent includes water, electric, gas, council tax, society maintenance charge, High speed Virgin broadband and netflix subscription all inclusive. So, you do not have to pay anything apart from the rent.

There is free parking available at the property.

We do not mind "occasional" guests coming over.

I live in the property. I am a working professional in IT sector. 

Note: Living room is currently used by landlord for working from home or for leisure in evening. Prolonged use of living room by lodger is by request only. 

Please also note I will need identification and I will need reference from employer. I will offer a complete lodgers agreement and receipts for the rents received.

Work from Home option available. Please discuss with Landlord.
