There are two bedrooms upstairs (one is a little bit bigger, with a smaller separate room which has double wardrobes in) and one downstairs. Open plan kitchen and living room area with TV (we have loads of channels/Netflix/Disney+ etc). Garden area out the back. Fully furnished, with toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 

Bedroom has double wardrobe/bed + mattress/chest of drawers/bedside table all black IKEA and grey curtains and cream carpet.

20/25 mins walk to the city centre or Riverside 

Loads of corner shops/Tesco/Co-op and nice pubs in walking distance! 

We’re both 23 and young professionals. Looking for another female only who is a similar age to us. Respectful of cleanliness, noise, smoking etc. 😌
