I'm moving out of my lovely flat in the heart of Glasgow's West End, and we're looking for someone to take my place from the 16th of September. The flat is a charming two-bedroom located within walking distance of The Botanics and Byres Road. The location is perfect if you love being close to parks, cafes, and everything else the West End has to offer.

You'll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who is an absolute gem! She's super sweet, fun to be around, and enjoys a good balance between socializing and having her own space. Ideally, we're looking for someone who's laid-back, a working professional, and can provide references.

Rent is £925 per month for the whole flat, so you’d be splitting that, and bills are pretty reasonable too. The Council Tax band is A.
