Room in modern, 2-person flat adjacent to Westgate

I am looking for a flatmate from October! The 2-bed flat is bright and modern with a spacious living room, dishwasher, washing machine, shared bathroom with a bath/shower. The flat is located adjacent to the Westgate and is a very short walking distance to the city centre, grocery stores, train station and Oxford Tube. Visitor parking is available. The bedroom has a petite double bed, double wardrobe and looks into green space!

I am a friendly final-year PhD student looking to keep the flat very tidy and quiet. I am usually quite busy but chats while cooking or the occasional craft or movie night could be nice! So far we haven't had rotas and the flat has operated on mutual trust and lots of consideration - it would be great to keep it that way! 
Bills are currently ca. £80 for electricity, water and wifi (but I have switched providers and they may go down to £50-55 according to quotes given). As a student I wouldn't pay council tax, if you are a professional you would cover your part (which is 75% of the full price)

I have been here for 2 years and really love it. A queer and leftist household would also be great :)
