I have a Lovely double room available in my flat for single occupancy. Located in Hatfield, with great views of the countryside. 
I'm within walking distance to the University and Galleria. The train station is about a 35min walk away or a short bus journey (Bus stop is a 5min walk)

The room will come fully furnished with a double bed, drawers and built in cupboard. Shared bathroom & Kitchen. All Bills will be included within the rent. WiFi included.

I work from home a lot so ideally looking for someone who won’t be working from home too.
