Single room for rent in city (New Catton)

I am the sole tenant of a three bedroom townhouse in the New Catton area of Norwich.

I am looking for a housemate to share the space with and also spend some time with. I work in an office 5 days a week. When home, it would be ideal to find someone who shares similar interests and would want to hang out, watching TV, playing games or even heading out for a walk or a game of tennis.
