Looking for flatmate single or couple (£1000). From September until July (10 Months). The flat is beautiful, spacious & modern. Located on Shandwick Place which is very central and great public transport links. There are two bathrooms so you will be sharing a bathroom with the other tenant.

Room is very spacious, fully furnished and a kingsize bed.

Ideal tenant is someone who is friendly, sociable and tidy. We are all sociable and have friends round to the flat on the occasional weekend.
