Students who opt to live on-campus at the university can call visitors at their residence. But there are certain conditions that need to be complied with by both visitors and students. Visitors will not be allowed to stay on an overnight basis till they take prior approval from Res Life Coordinator for that campus. Approval requests must be made via email with a minimum 24hrs notice. There is certain other concern that needs to be addressed.
The university conducts campus tours for prospective students and also for their family and friends who wish to begin their study journey. Tours can be booked easily by booking online. It is run on Monday and needs to be booked at least three working days in advance. Students can also view the accommodation facility as per the subject calendar. The tour can take a maximum of two hours to get completed.
Charles Sturt University suggests students keep their address and contact details always in updated form when they approach graduation. With this, the university will be able to send the graduation documents to the correct place. Being domestic students, the documents will be sent via registered post and here students can contact graduations@csu.edu.au in order to request a tracking number and confirm the address. If the documents are already in transit you can connect Australia Post.
