At James Cook University, this service is used to cross-check the qualifications that are awarded to JCU graduates whose courses commenced in 2011. Students must note that it can take a maximum of 20 business days for the response to the verification request. The service will only verify academic qualifications where the university council has conferred the completed course. The request made for the same includes the full name of the students, date of birth, award name and conferral year.
