Warwick offers on-campus and off-campus residences to students with over 7,000 rooms and over 400 university-managed properties around the neighbourhood. The housing contract at Warwick ranges from 35 weeks to 43 weeks, depending on the applicant's choice. The annual housing rate for undergraduate students ranges from 4,080 to 10,464 GBP. The Graduate annual housing rate varies from 7,400 GBP to 9,750 GBP. The rent includes the cost of insurance, electricity, heating, gas, Wi-Fi, and water.
