Yes, the Fall Welcome program is mandatory at Hodges University for all the students in the first year, but it is not necessarily required for fall sports, transfer students, or marching band. However, transfer students are encouraged to participate actively. All the incoming non-graduate students are projected to participate in the program. Still, for any reason, if a student cannot attend Fall Welcome, then it is suggested that they call the Office of Student Transitions for further assistance. 

There are no such mandatory SAT or ACT score requirements for admission considerations. Such scores are highly beneficial in some cases, such as helping in placement courses related to mathematics. Scores of these examinations are also an automatic invitation to join Hodges University Lee Honors College.  

All students registered with Hodges University are sent a semester invoice four to five weeks before the commencement of the semester. This invoice includes tuition fees, room and board, class schedule and the due date of tuition. The monthly online statement will reflect all payments and charges if students are not registered on the invoices. A notification will be sent through email when the statement is available online. 

For most graduate programs, official transcripts are required from the previously attended institutions for a bachelor's degree. However, the mandatory requirement varies as per the department and programs. Students are required to review at the time of applying. Programs having additional transcript requirements include nursing, physician assistant, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology and public health. 

Hodges University requires international students to have health insurance coverage from the first day of class. Students are required to purchase health insurance for the entire semester or academic year. All the health insurance coverage documents must be submitted to International Admissions and Services. In immunization, there is no mandatory requirement for admission unless and until stated by health professionals.
