Explanation :It is mentioned in the first line of paragraph B, that ants communicate using chemical signals as humans do. However, humans do not communicate with chemical channels as that of ants. “Such chemical communication can be compared to the human use of visual and auditory channels.” Hence, the statement is incorrect.

ANSWER :TRUE
Explanation :Paragraph G states that earlier man had no exposure to urban life, but now they have developed intelligence over time. Likewise, ants have also developed underground cities and also become intelligent. The line “developing and maintaining underground cities of specialised chambers and tunnels” suggests that the statement is true.

Question 3

ANSWER :NOT GIVEN
Explanation :Although in paragraph J, it is mentioned that ants can navigate and direct themselves. ”They combine the evidence of visual landmarks with a mental library of local directions, all within a framework which is consulted and updated”. However, is nowhere mentioned that ants can build cities faster than human beings.
